Scope and Content
This is the director's administrative files covering all areas and subjects pertaining to personnel management in Utah state government. They include names, positions, employment information regarding employee benefits, flex time, retirement, employee leave for various reasons, budget, child care, classification of employees, special adjustments for homemakers, communication, compensation for employees, conflict of interest situations, contracts, educational assistance, exercise programs, incentive awards for employees, local government positions open to state personnel, documents dealing with "The Informed Source" and "The State Scene," orientation materials, letters of inquiry from other states, performance appraisals, purchasing, recognition, staffing, career mobility, research from other states, and training.
