Scope and Content
_____The Five Year Plan is a report produced by the department outlining each division's projected five year goals. Written for the legislature, it reviews division objectives, policies, and proposals, including a summary and recommendations for legislative action. The report also contains general department goals and developments. HOLDINGS: 1973, 1976.
