Scope and Content
This manual is developed primarily for the use of the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel, and is made available to other organizations and persons involved in drafting legislation considered by the Legislature. It explains and demonstrates the drafting procedure, and provides some guidance on technical style and form. Contents range from general introduction and bill formats to amendments and appropriations information.
