Scope and Content
This series documents the decision making and events of the Conservation Commission. The minutes include information such as the names of those present at the meetings; time, date and location of meetings; lists of expenditures; appointed delegates for related conferences; and a break down of duties for the preparation of reports. Topics include approval and payment of bills, and the needed endeavors and reports for the making of a resource map.

This series is scheduled under the Utah State Agency General Retention Schedule, schedule 1, item 6, in 1997 and will be permanently retained by the State Archives. This series will not be filmed because high reference use is not anticipated so there will be not wear and tear on the paper. This series was processed by Wendy Checketts in 1999 and was maintained in original order.
